The editor allows you to place any tile, vehicle and creature, all with full control of the terrain. If you want to contribute in any way, my DMs and email are always open for suggestions. This is of course limited by my own ability as this is my first game. While performance and fun gameplay is the most important, all assets in the game are also supposed to be of highest quality: The models, the textures, the music, the animations… you name it, it’s probably on my list. All in the spirit of 90’s Lego themes and games. Manic Miners aims to be what could’ve been if the franchise continued and subsequently released a “Rock Raiders 2” or “Rock Raiders remastered”, but 20 years later. Things that are implemented: customizable hotkeys, extensive Miner AI, Buildings, Vehicles, a Level Editor, a Power system, objectives system, a scripting system, air systems, lava erosion, landslides, spiders, Eye/Shoulder view, and an abundance of new details and animations not in the original game! A screenshot from the most recent stable version, 0.3.5: Featuring all the vehicles! The remake They are playable to some extent in experimental builds.
